I'm going to miss this summer...

I've had a very busy summer and now that its almost over I wish I could go back to the beginning again and do it all over again.

With no new Tv on I've been watching the Bachelorette, Big Brother, Jersey Shore and Teen Mom. I loves me some reality tv. Really bad reality tv but reality tv none the less.

I thought I would hate this season of Bachelorette because I hated how Ali whined and cried through the Bachelor but it wasn't too bad. More drama than usual this season too and I'm glad she picked Roberto so I can see Chris all next season :D

Big Brother hasn't been too bad either I love/hate Rachel. She's so annoying but she'e the entertainment in the house. It's too bad she got kicked to the curb last week.

Jersey Shore.. ahhh.. this show is just too ridiculous for words. I'll stop here. Everyone knows how dumb yet interesting this show is.

Teen Mom is the best birthcontrol on TV right now besides Jersey Shore. Don't really know what else to say about these shows that are MTV..

In July Tobin and I went to Las Vegas for my good friend Liz's wedding.

Its also our 6 year anniversary on August 18th so it was nice to actually go on our first legit vacation together.

7 months later....

Last weekend Erin and I went to Cold Lake to visit Amanda. It was a good trip I always feel more relaxed in smaller towns though I don't think I'd ever want to permanently live in one(not enough shopping). The steak Blake made was fanfreakingtastic! Its always nice to get out of the city.

Graham's grad is coming up and its hard to believe that my little brother is going to be an adult now. What the hell, he was 4 years old like yesterday and hes no longer as cute as he once was. I remember forcing him to say 'mittens' all the time just cause he said it sooo cute. Now all he does is swear and its not cute!! But I guess everyone has to grow up eventually. Its just sad.

Not much new has been going on... I think.. so lets move on and talk about TV!!! Quite possibly my most favourite topic to talk about besides food and cats.

Glee is amazing I've said it before and it still holds true. It has become one of my favourite shows and I think everyone needs to watch it(I'm talking to you Amanda!!) and fall in love like I did. I'd also like to point out that everything I said that was going to happen did, just ask my mom I made all my predictions with her.

One Tree Hill thankfully has been renewed for season 8 :D The finale was really good. I'm a little concerned though that the crazy person this season is named Katie. I'd also like to know how she got out of jail cause I remember her sitting in the back seat of a cop car in the episode before last. I'm glad that Haley is pregnant, its about time!! Hopefully this kid wont get fat just like Jamie.

I'm all out of ideas right now. I promise I will post again soon and not in another 7 months!!

This weekend i watched a bunch of movies with Erin, we had a good 24 hours there.
-Dirty Dancing
-Grease
-17 Again
-Sunshine Cleaning
And probably another one I just can't remember.
This is totally easier than texting on my phone.

So last week is alot like this week so far, I just go to work and then come home and watch TV. Which by the way, I apparently last week I watched 12 different shows. You think that's pathetic? I had to add two more to that this week.
I won't be able to watch most of my Wednesday night shows though because I'm going to the Symphony with Tobin and his parents. Hopefully I can find most of them online...

Yeah, I think I'm done here...... time to go hibernate again. :D

Ah, September

Watch this. I'm going to blink and its going to be December!
Where the hell did summer go? Why didn't it stay longer too?

September has had ALOT of premiers. So lets get started.
90210 was a gooder, I'm glad that this show has gotten better than what it was at the beginning of last year. Melrose Place is HUGE flop. I thought it was terrible but I never watched the older Melrose episodes so I wasn't really sure what to expect.
Glee is AMAZING! I love this show and unfortunately I fell asleep last night watching it but I'm hoping it re-airs tonight.
The MTV VMA's were really good too. He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named is an ass. Everyone knows why too. But if T. Swift is ready to accept his half-ass apologies I guess everything is forgiven.
One Tree Hill was an interesting start to the season. I'm really looking forward to the rest of this season and although alot of people would like to see this show get cancelled I hope it continues for at least another two seasons. They introduced alot of new characters and I feel it would be a really bad move to just cancel at the end of this season. Think about it, how long did it take you to really fall in love with all the characters at the beginning. Peyton JUST won me over last season so that says something...
Bones also started this week but I haven't watched it because there is no point when I haven't seen any episodes from season 4. Hopefully we will be able to race through it when it finally comes out on DVD October 6 and then I can catch up on the Internet. :D
America's Next Top Model also had a premiere, this cycle Tyra is doing short girls. The part of this show I like the best is the pictures... I could probably skip thru the whole show and watch the last 20 mins and still be happy.
The Beautiful Life made its series premiere last night and I have to say its not bad. I can't really form any solid opinions from Pilot episodes though so we'll see next week. The only one I'm safe with making the assumption that its going to suck is The Vampire Diaries. Please. Just stop with all the vampire stuff and just admit to yourselves that Angel and Buffy are the epitome of vampire shows. This is getting ridiculous.

Anyhow till next week when I'll have more opinions and thoughts of my fav. shows.


Katie Out!

My ankles freaking hurt!!!!!!!!!!

The weekend was a success, and by success I mean my ankles feel like they are ready to detach themselves from my legs and run off and hide from any sign of heels and Katie wanting to dance. It was nice to see Amanda again I think its been almost a month. I think Erin had a good time on Friday night and then Saturday we spent it on the couch watching One Tree Hill and recovering from the night before.

Saturday night was Angelina's birthday party too so ofcourse stupid me wore heels AGAIN. I'm definitly paying for it today, believe me! We ended up going to Suite 69 which is always a good time.

My brain is a little fried this morning from the weekends events. So I'm sure I'll be up dating this soon enough. I should probably start "working" now.

I have a feeling that tonight is going to be a good good night

Tonight is Erin's Birthday Party @ Dirty Pretty Nightclub. SOoooooOo excited that she can finally come out to the bar. The hangout locations have now broadened and I no longer have to ditch her when I want to go dance... YAY!
I hope tonight is everything that she expects it to be and that it is a night she will never forget. Happy B-Day Little Sister! Again!


Nothing has really happened over the past few days.. Russell got evicted from the Big Brother house. I almost felt sorry for him. Almost. I am continuing to read No One Here Gets Out Alive. Its been so busy at work the past few days that I haven't had a chance to read really.

Last night I went and hung out with my parents and watched BB with them. We had spaghetti for dinner and it was sooooo yummy!!! I am now perusing my Betty Crocker Cook Book for fun and easy meals to make for the Bell family.

We finally finished hooking up all the electronics besides the cable in our room and I must say it has surpassed my expectations and I love living there.

Its going to be a short one today as I don't really have anything to share.

Today is Wednesday! Though it definitely feels like a Thursday. BOooooooOo!!!
Lemme see here... Monday! That's where I left off!

Tobin's ma and pa came home from a well deserved vacation in BC and brought with them 6 1/2 boxes of wine that should last us through the winter if not a year. I'm excited for winter now! I'm so happy that they are back, now its mom's job to cook dinner for the vulture's waiting and hungry by 5 o'clock. Sorry. TeeHee..

Monday night I fell asleep quite early so there's nothing really to report except that Tobin is amazing and let me sleep through the whole cleaning of the room process. Thank you my love!!

Tuesday was a normal day at work nothing really special happened but then I got home and got all excited because Tobin got me One Tree Hill season 6. So of course I stayed up until 2 in the morning trying to finish the first disc and then watch an episode of Entourage before passing out like a dead person for 4 hours.

I'm currently reading Jim Morrison's Biography hence the title of this post. The last time I read it I was in high school so it's all slowly coming back to me. It's a gooder and I recommend it. Yesterday I finished Julie & Julia which was also a very entertaining read and almost made me go vegetarian because of the way she describes meat and bone marrow in that book. Also made me almost get sick cause of the amount of butter you have to use while MtAoFC.

Last night was Big Brother didn't get to see much of it but I find the more I read the blog http://www.onlinebigbrother.com/ that I don't actually mind missing an episode here and there. Thursday night should be interesting though with the plan of back dooring Russell. I must say, I saw a preview of the next Survivor though and I promised myself earlier that I would NEVER watch Survivor, I will try to control my self peoples, but it looked really good this season.

I'm now dying to go see 1st Time Traveller's Wife and 2nd Julie & Julia. I saw The Goods which was a whole lot of hype I thought, though I must say that I'm partial to Jeremy Piven now and not because of that movie but because of Entourage.
Men that yell and throw phones are apparently my cup of tea.

Not much more comes to mind to review on soooo....
